In terms of its surface area, the back is the largest muscle in the body. One of its most important functions is to support the entire spinal column and straighten up the torso, thus maintaining a healthy and good looking body posture.

Ralf's favorite exercises for this part of the body are:

  • Chin-ups
  • Seated row
  • Back extension training on the hyperextension bench
