Cable fly is aimed exclusively at improving muscle tone. One thing is important in life and for this exercise: a firm stance. The starting position for this exercise looks like this: your back has to be straight; bend you upper body slightly forward. Stretch your arms out horizontally at chest height. From this position, pull the handles together until your hands touch each other.
Ralf recommends one or two sets of about five to ten repetitions. |
