Just as with the chest and back, the legs are also of great importance in the body's overall muscular system: Dedicated leg training is especially important for harmony. You should spend as much time on leg training as you do for the other muscle groups. A firm stance is decisive for your appearance and your well-being. A word to tall people: Based on my own experience, I can tell you that training the leg muscles for muscle tone and form is significantly more difficult and time consuming for tall people.
