Just as with the chest and back, the legs are also of great importance in the body's overall muscular system: Dedicated leg training is especially important for harmony. You should spend as much time on leg training as you do for the other muscle groups. A firm stance is decisive for your appearance and your well-being.

A word to tall people: Based on my own experience, I can tell you that training the leg muscles for muscle tone and form is significantly more difficult and time consuming for tall people. What is important is to stick it out and enjoy yourself!

Ralf's favorite exercises for this part of the body are:

  • Leg press
  • Leg extension
  • Leg curl

With the leg press, you will train both the hamstrings as well as the inside of your thighs.
 

You can get perfect muscle tone with the leg extension exercises.

 

The leg curl performed in the lying position especially trains the hamstrings.
