Leg curl


 

This exercise is used both for training hamstrings and for the inside of the thigh. Your feet should point out a bit. Your thighs should slightly touch your upper body. When lowering, breathe in. Breathe out when pressing up. Your thighs should slightly touch your body during lowering if possible.

Ralf recommends one or two sets of about 8 repetitions.
